NAEA News Library
The roots of NAEA News can be traced back to 1969, when it was known as the NAEA Newsletter. Initially, the newsletter served as a platform for each NAEA President to communicate their immediate goals, but as the need for broader coverage of the Association’s work grew, the newsletter soon transformed into NAEA News, marking a pivotal moment in NAEA’s history by allowing us to share our work and stories across each Interest Group, Region, and Division. Prior to the updated digital format of NAEA News, which debuted in the summer of 2024, the newsletter was published as a traditional print publication from 1970 until 2022 when it transitioned to an online blog-style format integrated within NAEA’s website.
