Preservice Division
Divisions shall be made up of job-alike groups of the membership. Each Division shall have a National Director, National Director-Elect, Regional Directors and Regional Directors-Elect. The recognized Divisions below, through their Development Committees, shall study problems relating to members of the group the Division represents; shall propose publications, institutes, and conferences which will assist members and shall identify problems and recommend programs to meet the problems. In providing creative capital to young people, the Fellowship seeks to foster a positive educational and creative process that empowers them to be working artists for a summer, and to experience the freedom and the responsibility that such trust entails. The Fellowship is open to applicants up to 21 years of age; the maximum awarded amount in 2019 is $10,000 and may be shared between more than one winner. The deadline for phase one applications is December 15, 2018 at 5 PM ET.
