As an action item of our new Strategic Vision, NAEA is preparing to conduct a thorough review of the Association’s Constitution, Bylaws, and Policy Handbook. Among other criteria, our guiding documents will be reviewed with a lens for inclusivity and process/functionality. In addition to Board-identified co-chairs, we are seeking 2 representatives from each NAEA membership region (Eastern, Pacific, Southeastern, and Western) to collaborate in this process as part of this Policy Review Committee.
The review process is slated to begin Fall 2021 and completed no later than the July 2022 NAEA Board meeting. We are currently planning for virtual meetings on a monthly basis, with additional meetings added as needed.
Candidates may be seasoned or emerging leaders with experience, skills, and/or a desire to carry out work related to NAEA policy and governance.
