“As the inaugural Youth and Preservice Program Manager for the National Art Education Association, I’m excited to cultivate a transformative experience for young artists and aspiring educators. With this new role, I hope to nurture and amplify the voices of this next generation of members as they create a lasting impact on the vibrant art education landscape,” says Paula Liz.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised near Baltimore, Maryland, Paula Liz attended the Maryland Institute College of Art, receiving her BFA in Painting and MAT in Art Education.
