Please note, the New York Hilton Midtown and the Sheraton New York Times Square are the only official discounted housing blocks available for NAEA27. NAEA has a list of nearby hotels to recommend but cannot guarantee rates or availability.
Air Travel Information:
LaGuardia Airport (LGA), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) are the best airports to use when arranging air travel for NAEA27. These are the primary airports for New York, NY, and are about 10–16 miles from Midtown Manhattan and the NAEA27 Headquarter Hotels. Travel times from each airport takes about 30–80 minutes, heavily depending on the time of day, traffic, and transportation mode. There are no complimentary shuttles from any of the neighboring airports. Please reference the links above to learn more about ground transportation options.
