Your provided email and mailing address may be shared with third parties in conjunction with the 2027 NAEA National Convention to enhance attendee experiences by providing information on products, services, and learning opportunities. 

By registering for the 2027 NAEA National Convention, you agree to grant NAEA and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of your participation. You further agree that any or all material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future print or digital publications to chronicle the event and/or to promote future events or NAEA, and that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration may be canceled until January 29, 2027, and a $75 cancellation fee per registration will be assessed. After January 29, 2027, no refunds will be issued. 

If you cancel your NAEA27 registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation. If you have made a reservation at one of the host hotels, you must contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

Preconvention attendance registration fees are non-refundable.

NAEA is unable to refund registration fees due to inclement weather or communicable diseases.

Safety and Liability

We strive to offer creative, safe, and brave spaces for all who participate in the 2027 NAEA National Convention. Please note that by registering for the 2027 NAEA National Convention, you indemnify and hold forever harmless NAEA, its employees, board, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives against any and all liability and expense from harm, illness, personal injury, accident, or property damage related to your attendance and participation in this event.
