NAEA Leaders Attend National Arts Advocacy Day Events March March 3-5, 2019

NAEA President Kim Defibaugh, President-Elect Thomas Knab, and Policy and Legislative Liaison Kathi R. Levin represented NAEA at National Arts Advocacy Day in Washington, DC on Monday, March 4 and Tuesday, March 5. NAEA is a national partner for National Arts Advocacy Day. Kathi Levin helped prepare the Issues Briefs and co-presented the arts education training session for advocates as well as a breakout session which provided a deeper dive on ESSA, Adoption of the Arts Standards, and ESSA.
