Convention Advertisement Specifications

The NAEA National Convention Program carries your message to the largest professional gathering of art educators in the world! Reach a broad audience that spans beyond NAEA membership and is comprised of individuals seeking products, services, and connections related to visual arts education.

Convention delegate all receive a copy and use it as a reference tool continuously during the convention. For those products and services that are new to the market, an ad in the official program insures the best possible coverage. NAEA also circulates an additional 1,000-1,500 programs after the convention to elementary and secondary art educators to promote the following year's convention.

The program is an 8 1/2" x 11" perfect-bound book, approximately 200 pages, and holds opportunities for B/W and full-color advertising.

 8 1/2" x 11" perfect-bound book, approximately 200 pages
 Four-color cover
 Materials may be submitted on disk or electronically
 TIF or EPS files must include all fonts and illustrations when appropriate
 All ads and halftones must be prepared for 300 dpi
 Digital files must be final ad size.

4-Color Notice
We are offering 4-C ad space in a special section inside the program. Cover stock is 12 pt. offset white and text is 60 lb. offset white.

 Half-page ad B&W 7 3/4" horizontal x 5 1/4" vertical: $440.00
 Full-page ad B&W 7 3/4" horizontal x 10 3/4" vertical: $730.00
 Inside Center 4-color section 7 3/4" horizontal x 10 3/4" vertical: $1,060.00

Deadline
Closing date for receiving camera-ready copy is November 1, 2011.

 There are no preferred positions. Inserts are not available.
 No cancellations will be accepted after the closing date.
